RASA Reiki and Seichem Training

Reiki and seichem is an ancient healing system which involves transferring universal life force energy to help release stress , tension , blockages and bring you a full sense of peace and tranquillity. Reiki ( pronounced ray -key) Is part of the more fuller and powerful system of seichem ( pronounced saykeem). Seichem will boost your personal and spiritual growth and can enhance your intuition and spiritual awareness.
Both of these energy systems can be learned by anyone of any age! They are both taught in three levels, each stage attuning the student to higher degrees of healing energy. My aim is to teach these classes in the most relaxed and caring way as possible. It is such a magical journey when you begin your Reiki course , I feel honoured to share this special time with you, and will provide you with the learning and the confidence you need to get straight out there and use your newfound gift. Classes are kept small so we have the time and space to bond and enjoy this journey with your new found friends. It’s a monumental step into your spiritual growth. One I’m so happy to be a part of.
RASA Reiki 1st Degree - £120
The first degree opens you up to the wonderful gift of Reiki healing energy. After this class you will be able to channel Reiki for yourself and others. And it’s a gift that will never leave you! In the first degree you will learn the history of Reiki, its principles and theory. You will be given Plenty of information to take away with you also and encouraged to begin to explore using Reiki on yourself and others in your day to day life.
RASA Reiki 2nd Degree - £170
Those who have done Reiki level one will often want to jump straight into learning the second degree. This degree will strengthen your ability to channel Reiki. Students often find that their connection and intuition becomes stronger also. In this degree you will be introduced to six ancient symbols, which are key to distant, emotional and mental healing, allowing you to resolve many life issues.
Seichem 1st Degree - £80
(for those who have done Reiki first degree or higher) Seichem attunes you to all four elements of healing. Earth, fire, water and air (Reiki, Sakara, sophi-El, Angeliclight). A wonderful addition to your already standing Reiki gift.
Seichem 2nd Degree
In this level of Seichem you will learn a number of symbols and go further into distant healing techniques and emotional healing. Cost £190 if you have done Reiki first degree. Or £90 if you have Reiki level two or higher.
Reiki and Seichem Mastership
You will know when the time feels right for you to become a master, and it’s a huge part of your spiritual journey. It is a truly special moment in the life of any light worker. And this will then further your attunement and allow you to become a teacher of Reiki and Seichem to others. Reiki masters can be taken alone or within a seichem Masters class. It’s a truly monumental moment –

Zone Out - £30
Come and enjoy a day of sharing relaxing meditation techniques, EFT , playing with cards and crystals and making new friends. A great day to have some of that much needed time out, zone out and just concentrate on you!
Reiki Share Day - £30
Here’s a chance for light workers and energy healers to come and spend the day meeting like minded people , sharing energy and stories and having some well earned time out. I welcome anyone who is interested in learning energy work too.
Mindful Meditation
Thank you so much for showing an interest in my 5 week meditation course. I am so happy that you are considering joining us. Meditation has been a huge part of my life for such a long time that it’s part of my every day life now. Over these 5 weeks I will be sharing with you a combination of breathing techniques, visualizations, guided meditations, mindfulness and affirmations. Bringing the tools to you so you can practice and engage in a new routine of meditating everyday that will bring you calm, relaxation, releasing of anxieties and a sense of inner peace.
Meditation has helped me overcome many things in my life, including grief, anxiety, sadness and lack of self belief. It is
something that we are all capable of and the power it holds to heal us is incredible.

The 5 week course will take place in a private Facebook group (which you will be invited to ) where liked minded people will share the journey with you.
There will be a live meditation and teaching session every week, each week developing further into our journey. There will be a question and answer session every week also, giving you the chance to ask for advice on the things you might be struggling with. Or to share your experiences with others.
